All website content, interfaces, layouts, designs, illustrations, brand marks, and software/script code are the sole property of HelloKairo, unless otherwise specified. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site and utilize our browser-based tools for personal or business operations, subject to these terms.

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and tools only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes. You shall not attempt to:

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract codebase logic from our client-side tools.
  • Overload or interfere with website loading, hosting networks, or general server speed.
  • Inject malicious payloads, scripts, or viruses into input forms or tool loaders.

4. Browser-Based Utilities "As-Is"

Our free developer and design tools (such as the PDF to CSV Converter) process documents entirely on your local machine. While we design them to be highly performant and secure, they are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We offer no guarantees regarding absolute accuracy, completeness, or uptime.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HelloKairo, its partners, and founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, losses stemming from document parsing errors, data loss, conversion inaccuracies, system interruptions, or business disruptions arising out of your reliance on our tools.

6. Service Engagements

These terms regulate public website browsing and public tool usage. Any custom digital product design, web/app engineering, or brand development services contracted with HelloKairo will be governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), which overrides these terms.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

We provide links to external portals (such as Behance or Instagram) for showcase purposes. We have no authority over and assume no liability for the content, privacy practices, or compliance guidelines of any external websites.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued usage of our website signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
